Cancellation Policy

At GNG Body & Wellness, we understand that life happens. However, any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by texting (360) 836-4234 or sending a direct message via Instagram at @gngbodyandwellness to reschedule. For clients with packages, please note that rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a forfeited session. To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time will result in an automatic cancellation, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Please plan ahead to account for traffic and parking — you must be inside the studio by your appointment time (not just parked). To maintain a serene and spacious environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. Due to limited studio space, arriving with a guest may result in cancellation of your appointment. All services are nonrefundable and nontransferable. This ensures a guaranteed income on our part no matter the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a peaceful, personalized experience for all clients.
